Shipping policy

Shipping cost by order total.

Shipping currently available ONLY for orders shipping to the contiguous 48 US states.

Please note: Taxes & gift cards do not apply to your order total. 

These fees do not apply to Furniture items- they are eligible for local delivery only. SEE BELOW

Additional fees apply for over-sized or heavy item shipping, when applicable. 

 

We will provide tracking label information on your Order Confirmation email.

We are unable ship on Saturdays, Sundays and/or nationally observed US holidays.  

Standard shipping orders can take up to 48 hours to leave our facility.

Express or overnight orders placed after 1 PM will ship on the next business day. 

Once shipped, you will receive a Shipment Confirmation email with a tracking number.

Some orders may be divided across multiple shipment packages.


Furniture/Large Item Orders

FREE Store pickup is available Mon.-Sat. 10:00 a.m.-6:00 p.m., other hours by appointment. Please, schedule in advance, for help loading items.

Furniture and other large items/orders are eligible for local delivery on select days, within a 50 mile radius.

Please, note any day/date preferences in comments at checkout. We will try to accommodate your schedule, as possible.

Fees shown are for curb-side delivery only. 

Inside delivery, especially involving stairs or other obstructions, may be at additional cost, at the discretion of the delivering entity.

Keep in mind that your room, as well as doorways, halls, stairs, etc. need to be of an appropriate size and clearance space to receive the furniture.
We cannot refund delivery charges, if an item does not fit or work in your space. Return fees may apply.

Please, call in advance to schedule, and discuss all special needs/circumstances as additional delivery personnel may be required.
